La Torre is part of the Polaris World Nicklaus Golf Trail which currently boasts 4 individual courses within a 15 mile radius designed in varying styles. La Manga is approximately 40 mins away with many other courses within an hours driving making Murcia one of the Golfing centres of Europe. La Torre residents benefit from reduced Green Fees at Polaris World courses.
La Torre is an 18 hole Par 68 Course with 4 sets of tees and three lakes. The course has wide fairways and large bunkers. At 5400 metres it is a course where accuracy and strategy are fundamental. Green fees are currently 55 Euros for residents (65 Euros for non-residents). There are regular offers such as twilight (after 13.00) for 30 Euros and free electric buggies, however these do change regularly.
The El Valle Golf Course has 18 holes, is Par 71 with 4 tees and has a subtle desert feel to it. It has two lakes, streams, small waterfalls and groups of bunkers all surrounded by rocks and abundant native vegetation which makes this course one of the great challenges of the Nicklaus Trail. Hacienda Riquelme is an 18 hole Par 72, longer than average course. The fairways run between olive trees wild flowers and 5 lakes. Green fees as La Torre
This 9 hole Par 36 course was originally designed by Dave Thomas although Nicklaus Design is expanding the course to 18 holes and adapting the original 9. The course has a smooth feel, wide fairways and large bunkers. Green fees are from 40 Euros for 18 holes.
