Whilst most properties on the resort charge an extra 70€ for the final clean / changeover, we have included it in our price. So there is NO EXTRA to pay for this.
A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, unless the start date of your stay is less than 56 days away, in which case the full amount should be paid.
Included in the total price on the Checkout page when making a booking is the refundable security deposit of £200.00. (Click #1 Townhouse on the Checkout page to see it listed in the price breakdown.)

Discounts
The following discounts are applied automatically:-
- 14-20 Days – book between 14 and 20 days and get 10% off the price of your stay.
- 21-30 Days – book 21 days or more and get 15% off the price of your stay.
Optional Extras
We can supply a free cot – suitable for babies up to age three – and stair gate. However, there is a charge of 5.00€ to set up the cot and change the linen, unless you supply your own. Payable locally to the Property Manager.
We can supply a high chair for 15.00€ a week, payable locally.
We have a washing machine, should you wish to clean your towels and bed linen during your stay.
However, if you prefer, we offer the option of having your linen and towels changed at a cost of 25.00€.
Arriving late at night and fancy a hot meal? We can leave a curry and rice in the fridge – all you need to do is to pop it in the microwave for a delicious meal, washed down by a couple of ice cold beers! A great start to your holiday.
